Todd and Debra Bair of Mount Joy and Stephen and Donna Burns of Fleetwood have announced the engagement of Kylee Bair of Lancaster and Mitchell Burns of Lancaster.
The bride-elect graduated from Donegal High School in 2014 and Millersville University in 2018. She is employed by Cintas in York.
The groom graduated from Oley High School in 2014 and Millersville University in 2018. He is employed by Maxim Healthcare in Wyomissing.
An August wedding has been planned.
