A basketball free throw event will be held on Friday, March 1, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to benefit The Factory Ministries. A local insurance group has partnered with several local businesses that have nominated one participant from their company to shoot 100 free throws that afternoon.
Participants have sought pledges to donate money per free throw made. All members of the community are invited to the Together Community Center, 3293 Lincoln Highway East, Paradise, to show support for the free-throw competitors at the event.
