Bell Receives Donation

Bell Socialization Services Inc. was chosen by York Young Professionals (YYP) to receive $500 toward its programs. The money donated will go to Bell programs that help and provide for many of Bell's service users.

Members of YYP were encouraged to nominate local nonprofits they would like to see benefit from YYP's fundraising efforts. From the top three nominees, Bell was announced as the winner for 2020 at the YYP annual meeting.

Laurin Gross; Kevin Forry, president of YYP; Danielle Makrias; and Matthew Davis presented the check on Jan. 16 in Bell's Community Room.
