Many individuals, families, businesses, organizations, and other groups provide support for Bell Socialization Services Inc. throughout the year. Each October, the agency holds its annual celebration, and Bell staff have an opportunity to recognize those who have been especially supportive. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the 2020 annual celebration will be held virtually on Tuesday, Oct. 6.
For 2020, the special guest speaker is the Rev. Greg Boyle, founder of Homeboy Industries, known as the largest gang intervention, rehabilitation, and re-entry program in the world. Author of "Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion" and "Barking to the Choir: The Power of Radical Kinship," Boyle will share how compassion and kinship can change lives.
