Bible2School Neff and Bible2School Bucher have both announced that they will be adding third grade to their programs in January 2020. Classes will meet on Wednesdays beginning Jan. 8.
Neff currently serves second grade at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Third grade will meet at Long Memorial United Methodist Church in Lancaster. The Neff program is guided and organized by Meredith Steidler. Bucher currently serves second grade at Grace Evangelical Congregational Church in East Petersburg. Third grade will also meet at Grace. The Bucher program is guided and organized by Gwen Marinaro. Bible2School is a program that provides free elective Bible classes during the school day to elementary school children attending public school. The children walk or are bused to a nearby church or partner location where trained volunteers engage the children in worship and Bible stories. Children and volunteers discuss how they can apply the Bible lessons in their lives and pray together.
