Bumps N Berms BMX, located at John Rudy County Park, York, will host an Olympic Day event on Sunday, June 2. The event will open at 11 a.m., with racing to start at 1:30 p.m. Anyone interested may try the track and race for free on this day. Attendees are encouraged to bring a bicycle if they have one, but some loaner bikes will be available for trials. A long-sleeve shirt and pants are required to ride (elbows and knees must be covered), as are full-face helmets, with helmets of all sizes available to try. Strider (also known as balance bike) racing will be available for younger children. Food will be available for purchase.
