Delaware Valley Golden Retriever Rescue (DVGRR) will hold a canine egg hunt at its Golden Gateway campus, 60 Vera Cruz Road, Reinholds, on Saturday, March 28, at 11:30 a.m. The gates will open at 11 a.m.
The event is open to the public, and all dog- and human-friendly dogs are welcome. Dogs are required to remain on a leash. The event will be held rain or shine.
Additional games will follow the egg hunt. The event will also include drawings and food for purchase. A nominal suggested donation per dog will be received at the event. Additionally, the Easter Bunny will be on-site for photos.
Registration with the number of canine and human participants is requested by Friday, March 20. To register, readers may email inza@dvgrr.org or call 717-484-4799. Sponsorships of event prize baskets are also available. Sponsorships are promoted on the DVGRR website and at the event.
