Celebration Set At Stone Gables

Stone Gables Estate, 1 Hollinger Lane, Elizabethtown, will present an exhibit titled "The Bible Comes to Life in Art" as well as a family Easter celebration on Friday, April 15, and Saturday, April 16. The events will run from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. both days.

The exhibit will feature artwork from Glenn Eshelman, founder of Sight and Sound Theatres, and Lancaster artist Liz Hess, along with additional artists. Eshelman will display over 80 of his biblical works of art. Hess will display her "Faith in Art" series. Prints will be available for purchase.

A VIP dinner will be held at 5:45 p.m. on April 15 in the Star Barn featuring Eshelman as the keynote speaker. The program will run from 7 to 8 p.m. The cost of a ticket includes VIP parking. Limited seating is available.

The Easter celebration at the Star Barn will offer Easter egg hunts; free family photo opportunities around the property, including at the Easter Egg Arch; a petting zoo with bunnies and peeps; admission to "The Bible Comes to Life in Art"; face painting; Kids Corner pottery painting; and more.
