Governor Dick Environmental Center, 3283 Pinch Road, Mount Gretna, will offer two events in late April. Programs are open to the public, but preregistration is required by contacting 717-964-3808 or governordick@hotmail.com and providing a name and phone number. Attendees should meet at the Environmental Center.
A Tree Identification and Natural History Walk will step off at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 24. A fee applies.
On Sunday, April 25, at 1:30 p.m. the Golden Eagle Hikers will host a hike. the 2- to 3-mile hike is open to individuals over age 50.
