Donegal Indians Junior High Cheerleaders took first place on Dec. 5 in the Junior High Division at Palmyra's Candy Cane Cheer Challenge. The group has two more competitions this season; these will be Dtown Showdown in Dallastown in January and Fire & Ice at Spooky Nook in February.
The junior high cheerleaders also recently filled 30 donated bags for the boys and girls at Families United Network in Mount Joy for the holiday season.
The team is coached by Kellye Herbert.
