Neighbors Sharing and Caring, a women's ministry of Chiques Church of the Brethren, 4045 Sunnyside Road, Manheim, invites women of all ages and preschool children to attend its program on Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Joanne White will speak on "Lord Willing ... The Strong and Silent Type." She lives in York County and is a graduate of Manheim Central High School.
