Millersville Community Church - Grace Campus, 163 W. Frederick St., Millersville, will host a self-defense class for women age 16 and up on Saturday, Sept. 21, at 1 p.m. in the Family Life Center. The three-hour training will equip women to avoid habits that might expose them to attack, as well as to defend themselves in the event that an encounter occurs. There is a cost for the training.
