Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2 W. Strawberry St., Lancaster, will honor the 152nd anniversary of the church with the second annual polka mass by the Heidelberg Brass Band on Sunday, Sept. 29, at 9 a.m. It will be a traditional liturgical service set to popular polka and waltz tunes.
The public is invited to join the congregation for the service and for food and fellowship following the service. Parking is available in the lot behind the church on Lafayette Street. For more details, readers may call 717-299-5639.
