Church To Host "Hunt For Easter"

Apr 03, 2021 - 9:00 am

Middletown First Church of God, 245 W. High St., Middletown, will host Hunt for Easter on Saturday, April 3, from 9 to 11:30 a.m. Participants will visit three interactive stations and then join in an egg hunt.

The event will be continuous, so there is no requirement to arrive at 9 a.m. Attendees will be divided into small groups of 10 to 15 individuals who will stay together for the entire event.

A new group will start the first station approximately every 15 minutes and will move to the next station when the group in front of it finishes and moves on. After the last station, each group will enjoy its own egg hunt, and children will take the plastic eggs home with them. A fresh set of eggs will be put out for each group prior to its hunt.

For everyone's safety, the church requests that all attendees follow health and safety protocols. Anyone who is sick or is with someone who feels ill should stay home. Masks are always required for all attendees during the event except for infants being held by parents or guardians. Social distancing will be practiced. Hand sanitizer will be available.
