On Wednesday, March 13, at 7:30 p.m., The Arts at Millersville will present "Randy Otto Is Winston Churchill - The Blitz." As a committed academic Churchill study, Otto's portrayal is endorsed by Churchill's own grandson. The show will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the actor and will take place in Steinman Hall at the Ware Center - Millersville University, 42 N. Prince St., Lancaster.
