Penn State Extension of Lebanon County will host the Amateur Herbalist's class on "Not Your Everyday Pesto." The class will be held on Wednesday, May 8, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Lebanon Valley Agricultural Center, 2120 Cornwall Road, Suite 1, Lebanon. The program will explore the many different herbs that can be used in a pesto and the many different ways a pesto can be utilized in cooking.
