Powerful Tools for Caregivers, an education program for caregivers age 60 and up, will be offered at the Elizabethtown Area Senior Center, 70 S. Poplar St., from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Mondays, Oct. 18 to Nov. 22.
The program is designed to give participants the skills to take care of themselves while caring for someone else. Class participants will receive The Caregiver Helpbook and additional caregiver resources.
