Stewartstown and Shrewsbury Coin Club will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. On Thursday, Aug. 1, at 6 p.m., the Coin Club meeting will include a slideshow presentation featuring United States coins, foreign coins, stamps and exonumia related to the moon mission. Examples of coins and stamps will be available for public examination.
Visitors are welcome to attend the Stewartstown and Shrewsbury Coin Club meetings. Time is provided for questions and answers.
Stewartstown and Shrewsbury Coin Club (ANA Club 3167835) meets on the first Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. at the Mason-Dixon Public Library, 250 Bailey Drive, Stewartstown.
