Community Calendar

The Community Calendar is a weekly feature of the Community Courier.

Local clubs, civic organizations, nonprofit agencies, schools, etc., that would like to have events or meeting date information published, should contact the Community Courier in writing at least two weeks before the event. No items will be accepted over the phone. Email Calendar items to ffulton@engleonline.com.

Support Group

My Grief, My Journey, a grief support group, will meet in person on the second Wednesday of each month from 5 to 6 p.m. at Creation Cottage Yoga & Wellness Center, 139 E. Chestnut St., second floor, Coatesville. The next meeting will be held on Feb. 10. Safety measures implemented. Call 610-470-7614 for information.

Story Time

Preschool story time with Miss Kim will be offered by the Moores Memorial Library in Christiana on Wednesday, Feb. 10, and every Wednesday morning virtually. To participate, visit "Moores Memorial Library" on Facebook.

Support Group

Kacie's Cause, Parkesburg Chapter, will offer a support group for friends and family of addicted loved ones on Wednesday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. in the chapel at The Parkesburg POINT youth center, 700 Main St., Parkesburg. For more information, visit http://www.facebook.com/KaciesCauseParkesburg.

An in-person Narcotics Anonymous meeting will be held on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 5 p.m. at Impact Church, 101 E. First Ave., Parkesburg.

Shopping Event

A Beat the Cabin Fever Blues shopping event will take place on Sunday, Feb. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Vintage Revival Market, 35 S. Willowdale Drive, Lancaster. The event will feature more than 45 makers, along with food trucks and live acoustic music by Kevin Koa. The Mini-Makers boutique will return.
