The parade will form at A. Duie Pyle on Limestone Road at 12:30 p.m. and start at 1:30 p.m. The parade will end at the Keystone Valley Fire Department with a brief formal ceremony at the Veteran's Memorial Garden. After the ceremony, there will be a picnic at Parkesburg VFW Post 4480 on Fourth Avenue.
