The Community Calendar is a weekly feature of the Community Courier.
Local clubs, civic organizations, nonprofit agencies, schools, etc., that would like to have events or meeting date information published, should contact the Community Courier in writing at least two weeks before the event. No items will be accepted over the phone.

Sunday Meditation Service
Community members are invited to meditate with a group at Downingtown Yoga & Meditation Center on Sunday, July 7, from 10:15 to 11:45 a.m. Attendees will enjoy chanting, meditation and a discourse by Swami Nirmalananda on the principles of spiritual life and practice.

Program About Pennsylvania
"The Geography of Pennsylvania" will be presented at Phoenixville Public Library on Monday, July 8, from 7 to 8:15 p.m. Teacher and geographer Paul Kelley, the presenter, will use maps, photos, and personal stories to help attendees learn how Pennsylvania's geographical regions came to be.

Dinner, Open House
Immaculata University will host a dinner and open house in Immaculata's Villa Maria Hall on Wednesday, July 10, at 5:30 p.m. Faculty and staff will be available to discuss Immaculata's flexible undergraduate and graduate programs for adult students. Concert, Fireworks
Caln Township will present a special summer series concert event and fireworks on Friday, July 12, at Caln Municipal Park, 253 Municipal Drive, Thorndale. Beginning at 6:30 p.m., children can enjoy a bounce house, bubble station and the playground.
A concert by Chico's Vibe will begin at 7 p.m. and the fireworks will begin around 9 p.m. Local favorites Big Boize BBQ and Rita's Water Ice will sell food all evening. Attendees should bring chairs and/or blankets to enjoy the show. No dogs or alcohol are permitted in Caln Municipal Park.
The Who Tribute Concert
"Magic Bus - Tribute To The Who" will appear in concert on Saturday, July 13, at 7:30 p.m. at Uptown! Knauer Performing Arts Center. Magic Bus will pla all of The Who's most iconic songs such as "My Generatio"' and "Who Are You?"

Craft Program
Phoenixville Public Library will present a craft program on Thursday, July 18 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Attendees will create a 3D masterpiece using clay.Geraldine Guzman will be the craft instructor. All skill levels are welcome. Participants can create designs ranging from animals to mystical creatures and more.
A fee, payable at the door, includes all materials. The event is open to the public. Space is limited.

Summer Concert
Fairview Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 800 Fairview Road, Glenmoore, will present a Christian concert by Ransomed Bluegrass on Saturday, July 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will be held rain or shine.
Attendees should bring lawn chairs or blankets for seating. Food trucks will be available.

Concert
The Spotlight Concert Series in Berwyn invites the public to a free concert featuring singer-songwriters Amy Fairchild, Jesse Terry and Michael Logen on Saturday, July 20, at 7 p.m. Joining the trio in support of the artists will be Thomas Juliano on guitar and Tommy Geddes on drums.
The doors will open at 6:30 p.m. There is no charge for admission, but a free will offering will be collected. Trinity Presbyterian Church is located at 640 Berwyn Ave., Berwyn.

Chicken Barbecue
Nantmeal United Methodist Church, 59 Nantmeal Road, Glenmoore, will hold its annual chicken barbecue on Saturday, July 20, from 3 to 6 p.m. The event will be held rain or shine. Diners may eat in or take out their dinners.
