The group will meet 10 a.m. at the Schuylkill River Trail parking lot in Birdsboro. Parking is available at the Main Bird Park parking lot and next to the VFW, 321 E. Main St., Birdsboro. Hike leader: Kay, 610-796-7602

Jan. 9. Hidden Trails Hike

Springton Manor Farm

860 Springton Road, Glenmoore, 1 to 3 p.m. The 3-mile hike will cover some of the old and rugged trails that are no longer on the map. Wear a sturdy pair of footwear and bring a backpack with snacks and water.

860 Springton Road, Glenmoore, 10 to 11 a.m. Designed for school-age children, the 1-milke hike will focus on winter wildlife identification, tracks and habitat.

Lunch Canceled. The community luncheon to be held on Saturday, Jan. 8, at Nantmeal United Methodist Church is canceled due to the uptick in COVID-19 cases. The church is planning to resume the community luncheon program in February.
