Community REACH Inc., 15 First Ave., Red Lion, will offer a free program, "Eating at Home During COVID-19," via a remote event set for Wednesday, May 20, at 10 a.m. To receive the Zoom link, readers may email education.reachinc@gmail.com.
Terri Rentzel, nutrition education adviser for Penn State Nutrition Links, will present. Those who watch the program will learn how to plan healthier meals while stretching available resources. They will also learn how to engage the family and spend quality time planning, preparing, and enjoying meals together.
Rentzel provides regularly scheduled programming in partnership with Community REACH for parents receiving WIC, SNAP, and/or pantry distributions.
