Community REACH, 15 First Ave., Red Lion, is offering free programs designed for the communities served by the Dallastown, Eastern and Red Lion school districts. On Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 10 a.m. to noon, Manpower will be sharing employment opportunities and career resources. This will be a walk-in format with a questions-and-answers table. No registration is required.
On Wednesday, Jan. 29, from 6 to 7:30 p.m., the Community Progress Council will present "Ready to Rent." This workshop is designed to better prepare people for renting and will be conducted by nationally certified housing counselors. Light refreshments and door prizes will be provided.
On Thursday, Jan. 30, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., Albert Storm will conduct the English Language Learning class. Small group and individual instruction is provided for English language learners of all levels. A door prize will be provided.
Also on Jan. 30, from 2 to 3 p.m., Sam Neff will lead the Computers and Technology class. It will be for both beginners and experienced users. A door prize will be given.
On Friday, Jan. 31, from 10 to 11 a.m., Keith Dyke, supervisor of social and student services for the Dallastown Area School District, will present "Parents and Our Public Schools: Opportunities for You to Assist and Support Your Child's Success." Door prizes will be available.
