State Rep. Frank Ryan will hold a concealed carry seminar on Thursday, May 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Palmyra Sportsmen's Association, 410 Sportsman Road, Annville. Kirk Reese, a Pennsylvania State Police captain, will discuss concealed carry laws and the Castle Doctrine. Lebanon County Sheriff Bruce Klingler will explain how to apply for a concealed carry license.
The free seminar is open to all adults age 21 and older who reside in the 101st Legislative District, which includes the city of Lebanon; the boroughs of Cornwall, Palmyra and Mount Gretna; and the townships of North Cornwall, North Londonderry, South Annville, South Londonderry and West Cornwall.
