Cranberry Relish

12-16 oz. bag of cranberries
1 large orange peeled
1 large apple, cored and unpeeled
1 15 oz can crushed pineapple, drained
3 oz. box of orange jello
3 oz. box of Lime jello
1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
3 C. boiling water

In food processor, chop cranberries into small pieces. Cut the orange and apple into large chunks and also chop into small pieces in food processor. Mix the first 4 ingredients together in large bowl. Don’t forget to drain the pineapple first. In separate bowl add jello and sugar, then add bowling water; stirring to dissolve. Once dissolved, slowly pour jello mixture over fruit and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight or until jello is set.
