First Presbyterian Church of York, 225 E. Market St., York, will offer its members and those who live in and around York city an opportunity to give thanks to God for the beauty of the Earth with its Creation Sunday event on Sunday, Sept. 29. The celebration will begin with adult education and Sunday school classes at 9 a.m. The event will continue with a 10 a.m. "Worship as One" church service. Fun events will be offered for the whole family, and a children's petting zoo will open at 9 a.m.
