Cuppone-Fuller

Sarah Fuller and Damiano Cuppone were married on Sept. 20, 2019, at the Temple of San Michele Arcangelo in Perugia, Italy. Don Riccardo Pascolini and Don Federico Casini officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of David and Geralyn Fuller of Stewartstown and granddaughter of Geraldine Snyder of Stewartstown and the late William Snyder. She graduated from York Catholic High School in 2013 and received her bachelor's degree in early childhood education and special education from Elizabethtown College in 2017. She holds a master's degree in international educational development from Teachers College, Columbia University. She is employed as a research consultant for the United Nations.

The groom is the son of Fiorinto Cuppone and Maria Pia Scalabrini Spazzoni of Perugia. He graduated from the Annibale Mariotti Classical Lyceum of Perugia in 2010 and holds a Master of Laws from the University of Perugia. He is employed as a relationship banker with Unicredit.

The maid of honor was Tiana Ferrante. The bridesmaids were Nancy Nie Fuller, sister-in-law of the bride; Katie Deats; Theresa Starceski; Brittany Lorgeree; and Julie Halterman. Serving as best man was Alessio Lanfaloni. The groomsmen were Matthew Fuller, brother of the bride; David Cuppone, brother of the groom; Marco Ciagli; Giacomo Lecci; and Alessio Giovagnoli.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Michele Tremamunno provided music at the ceremony.

The reception took place at Castello di Petrata, a medieval castle refurbished as a guest house overlooking the valleys of Assisi, Italy.

The bride wore an antique white mermaid style all lace long-sleeve gown with a cathedral train from Adrienne's of New York City. The cathedral-length veil adorned with lace matching the gown was handmade by Karen Chow of Lititz. The bride carried a cascading bouquet of cappuccino roses from Casa dei Fiori di Luca.

The couple, who met when Sarah studied in Italy in 2015, honeymooned in Skiathos and Athens, Greece.
