A dance benefit event has been organized to support the family of Cami Jo Combs, 20, and her daughter, Callie Jo Flowers, 2, who died after a fire at a row home in Columbia Borough on Jan. 4.
The event, "Support a Bond That Can't Be Broken," will take place on Saturday, Feb. 22, from 6 to 11 p.m. at Columbia VFW, 401 Manor St., Columbia. Open to adults age 21 and older only, the event will include food, music by disc jockey Stan D. Man, a silent auction, and giveaways.
To purchase tickets in advance, call Diane Falcon at 717-847-2526. Tickets may also be purchased at the door. Proceeds will help cover funeral expenses and aid surviving family members in replacing materials lost in the fire.
