Downtown Inc will present Dancing Through the Decades, a masquerade ball, on Saturday, Oct. 26. The gala will take place from 6 to 11 p.m. in the Valencia Ballroom, 142 N. George St., York. The event will include dinner, dancing, live entertainment from Central City Orchestra, a red carpet experience, a 1990s-themed social hour sponsored by Klock Entertainment, caricature artists, and surprises through the night.
