State Rep. Stan Saylor announced that Delta Borough has been awarded a $325,000 Small Water and Sewer Program grant. This grant will be used to replace and redesign the borough's stormwater infrastructure. This project will help to reduce roadway flooding and ensure the proper flow of water through the stormwater system.
The PA Small Water and Sewer Program was established by the General Assembly to award grants to municipalities and municipal authorities for water, sewer, stormwater, and flood control projects with a cost of not less than $30,000 and not more than $500,000. The program is administered by the Commonwealth Financing Agency.
