Taking Charge of Your Diabetes - Review will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Aug. 13 and 20. The class reviews materials on living with diabetes, and it is for those who have completed the Taking Charge of Your Diabetes class. The program is covered in part by Medicare and most insurance plans.
Taking Charge of Your Diabetes will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. on Thursdays, Aug. 15 to Sept. 19. The program teaches people with diabetes day-to-day skills for better blood sugar control. Fees vary and may be covered fully or in part by Medicare and most health insurance plans.
