Chatting at the General Sutter Inn takes place every Monday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the General Sutter Inn, 14 E. Main St., Lititz, and is open to everyone. Each week the group explores a new topic.
On Dec. 16, the group will discuss "Will Ohio Bill Permit Students to Be Wrong in Science Class for Religious Reasons?" The discussion will focus on religious freedom in science classes, including whether a bill passed by the Ohio House of Representatives on Nov. 13 permits students to give wrong answers on tests and assignments without penalty if those answers are based on religion.
