Elizabethtown Area Communities That Care (EACTC), a community organization committed to improving the lives of children, youths, and families in the Elizabethtown area, is conducting an Adult Attitudes Survey and invites the community to participate. The survey is designed to gather attitudes and beliefs about underage drug and alcohol use in the community and about available programs.
All responses will be anonymous and confidential. Demographic information is requested to assure survey responses are reflective of the community's demographics and diversity.
