Mark and Barb Ebaugh of Holtwood have announced the engagement of their daughter, Katey Ebaugh of Holtwood, to Luke Ragsdale of Gap.

Mr. Ragsdale is the son of Jeff and Tammy Ragsdale of Gap.

The bride-elect and the groom-to-be met as counselors at Black Rock Retreat.

An August wedding is planned.
