Noah Esbenshade, Elizabethtown, recently co-published an article in the Journal of Sports Science and Medicine.
He helped with research on the effect of low-carbohydrate, high-fat diets on athletic performance. The research was conducted by Grove City College exercise science students, as well as Grove City faculty and a leading exercise scientist.
