After more than 30 years in business, Esh Hardware & Farm Supply has completed a major expansion that doubled the size of its retail showroom located just south of Route 340 at 64 Clearview Road, Ronks.
John Esh Sr. started the business in 1990 and operated it for a decade before his son, John Esh Jr., bought the business in 2000. Raymond, who represents the third generation of Eshes, has also joined in the partnership. The Eshes invite the public to attend the grand opening celebration on Friday and Saturday, May 1 and 2. The festivities on May 1 will include opportunities to meet vendors and try new tools. On May 2, the celebration will include samples of food cooked on Kamado Joe grills, as Esh Hardware has a variety of Kamado Joe grills and accessories in stock. Free refreshments, including doughnuts and Sunrise Coffee, will be available as part of the celebration, as will door prizes.
Esh Hardware & Farm Supply offers sharpening services and repairs for lawnmowers, tools, pneumatic nail guns, and more. The store sells Milwaukee and DeWalt power tools, Yamaha generators, Husqvarna outdoor power equipment, as well as Werner planks and ladders, Alum-A-Pole poles and jacks, Occidental leather tool pouches, and glass jars and other canning supplies. Esh Hardware is the Pennsylvania distributor for Eberglo liquid vitamin and mineral supplements for horses, poultry, and swine. The business also carries mulch, fertilizer, insecticides, and herbicides for the spring and summer seasons. A four-step lawn care program is available, and customers may ask a sales associate for details.
