Etiquette Workshop Planned

Lancaster Modern Etiquette will offer a Dining With Style dining etiquette workshop on Saturday, Dec. 18, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Historic Stoner House, located in Overlook Park at 601 Granite Run Drive, Lancaster.

The goal of this workshop is to guide youths ages 8 to 14 in how to behave properly in any dining situation. Students will learn the importance of greetings, dinner conversation, and other simple courtesies so that they may be more confident and positive in their social interactions. The students will also receive training on setting the table, eating soup and bread properly, using napkins and utensils, and more.

Founded in 2020, Lancaster Modern Etiquette is dedicated to teaching the principles of proper etiquette, good manners, and kindness. It aims to provide men, women, and children with polished social graces and the confidence to succeed in social and professional arenas.

The workshop will include a refreshment and a dining etiquette manual. There is a fee to attend. For more information or to enroll a child in the program, contact Annie Hartley at 717-283-4596 or visit http://www.lancasteretiquette.com.
