In the evening on 2nd Friday, May 13, shops will stay open later and offer activities and entertainment.
At the Lititz Shirt Factory, 5 Juniper Lane, Morgan Myles of Nashville will perform on Friday, May 20, at 7:30 p.m. Todd Shnosfoss, a Lititz native and member of Cosmic Guilt, will open the show. For more information and tickets, visit https://lititzshirtfactory.com/.
Lancaster Symphony Orchestra will perform at the bandshell in Lititz Springs Park on Saturday, May 28, at 7 p.m. Admission is free, courtesy of presenting sponsor Tiger's Eye. In the event of rain, the concert will be held in the auditorium at Warwick High School, 301 W. Orange St., Lititz. The annual Taste of Lititz event will be held on Friday, June 3, from 5 to 9 p.m. on Main Street, which will be closed from Water Street to Broad Street. The event will include food and drink tastings from Lititz restaurants, bands playing at various locations, and family-friendly games hosted by local nonprofits. Lititz Art Association will host a plein air art event during which artists will paint outdoors around town and then bring their work to Church Square for judging. The artwork will be offered for sale. Admission is free, and no tickets are needed; there are fees for the tastings. Sponsors include Lancaster County Motors Subaru and Mercedes Benz of Lancaster, Listrak and Rohrer's Quarry.
Copies of the 2022 Visitor's Guide are available at the Lititz Borough office and downtown shops. The guide contains a list of events; information on lodging, restaurants, and shops; and a map of the downtown and of the surrounding Lititz area.
Venture Lititz also announced that Lititz has been named the Most Charming Town in Pennsylvania by TripsToDiscover.com.
