Excentia Holds Training

Excentia Human Services held a training on Dec. 13 facilitated by Al Condeluci, a renowned leader in human services and community building.

The training, titled "Building Community in Lancaster," was attended by many Excentia employees, as well as Vicki Bricker and several other guests from Lancaster County Behavioral Health and Development Services. The focus of the training was how to help people with disabilities to build natural community supports.

Condeluci is the former CEO of Community Living and Support Services (CLASS), the third largest disability-specific agency in southwestern Pennsylvania. The author of several books relating to community and culture, he teaches at the University of Pittsburgh and works as a speaker and consultant.
