Exton Practice Welcomes New Doctor

The Exton internal medicine and family practice Christine Meyer MD & Associates recently welcomed a new doctor to its team. Gregory Swan, DO, joined the award-winning practice as its 12th practitioner, providing primary care to adults, those age 18 and up.

A native of Landenberg, Swan earned both a bachelor's degree in toxicology and a bachelor's degree in biology with a focus on neuroscience at Pennsylvania State University. He attended medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Tower Health Reading Hospital.

Swan takes a particular interest in sports medicine and fitness. He is an avid runner and cyclist and has completed numerous endurance events, including 100-plus-mile bike rides, marathons and a Ragnar run that included a 44-mile ultramarathon.

Additionally, founder and owner Dr. Christine Meyer recently decided to help those struggling to make COVID-19 vaccine appointments by launching the "PA COVID Matchmaker" Facebook group, a vaccine assistance group.

Meyer said she also hopes to get people back on track with cancer screenings and other aspects of their health that they may have delayed addressing during the pandemic.
