A drug awareness poster contest will again be held at the Elizabethtown Fair. It is open to students in kindergarten through grade eight. All posters must be on 11-by-14-inch poster board and must be done in dark pens, markers or crayons. Posters must be neat and legible and will be judged on content and appearance.
Age divisions will be 5 and 6; 7 and 8; 9 and 10; 11, 12 and 13; and 14 to 18. The entrant's name, address and phone number are to appear on the poster's back. Ribbons and prize money will be awarded to five places in each division.
Posters are to be entered at Elizabethtown Brethren in Christ Church on Sunday, Aug. 18, between 4 and 7 p.m. or Monday, Aug. 19, between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Entries will be displayed throughout the week.
