Guinston Presbyterian Church, 14130 Guinston Forge Road, Airville, is teaming up with the Old Forge Family Farm to host a Fabulous Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 12. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the farm, located on Guinston Forge Road directly in front of the church.
Family-friendly activities will include pumpkin bowling, corn pools, the straw maze and tunnels, slides, tractor rides, scarecrow building, pumpkin painting, and slingshot shooting. In addition, baked goods, including fresh, homemade apple dumplings, and other food will be available for purchase. The proceeds from the Fabulous Fall Festival will benefit the Guinston Building Fund.
Families will be able to pick pumpkins and gourds for holiday decorating, and they may tag Christmas trees and order a holiday wreath while visiting the farm grounds. Local residents may also visit Old Forge Family Farm on weekends between Saturday, Sept. 28, and Sunday, Oct. 27.
