Faith Friendship Ministries (FFM), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, recently received a Christmas blessing in the form of a donation of 35 new beds - both mattresses and foundations - for some of its residents. The donation came from Todd and Gregg Lehman, owners of Interiors Home, in partnership with Serta/Simmons, and the beds have a total value of $17,500. Interiors Home has been a supporter of FFM for many years.
Since 2001, FFM has provided housing at its Mountville location for 74 people. Every resident has been diagnosed with a severe mental illness and/or intellectual disabilities, and he or she cannot live alone.
Since the residents have fixed incomes that are insufficient to cover their expenses, FFM must fundraise to meet the residents' basic needs and cover the costs associated with caring for them.
