Central Pennsylvania Food Bank will hold a Virtual Town Hall on Thursday, Sept. 10, from noon to 1 p.m. September is Hunger Action Month, and community members are invited to join a movement that helps neighbors in need.
At the virtual meeting, the food bank will share updates on how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected its mission, present stories of how donors have made an impact for those in need, and answer questions about how together the food bank and its supporters can meet the continued increase in demand for food assistance in central Pennsylvania.
Registration for the event is open, and participants are encouraged to submit their questions in advance. The public is invited to attend. To register, readers may visit http://www.centralpafoodbank.org and select "Click Here To Register" on the Virtual Town Hall banner.
