Tabor Community Services and Lancaster Housing Opportunity Partnership (LHOP) recently joined forces so they can multiply their impact and offer more comprehensive solutions to address the affordable housing challenges that people in Lancaster County face every day.
Tabor and LHOP will offer an online education program titled "Rental Advantage Course." The course will be offered from 6 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, March 22; Tuesday, March 23; and Thursday, March 25, via Zoom.
The program aims to increase participants' understanding of credit and budgeting basics, owning and discussing one's personal history, reading a lease, effective landlord and tenant communication, renting fundamentals, and more. Students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
