Lower Dauphin High School students will host a spaghetti dinner on Saturday, Feb. 8, from 4:30 to 7 p.m. in the cafeteria of the school, 201 S. Hanover St., Hummelstown. The event will include music from "Legally Blonde," the high school's spring musical. At several points throughout the fundraiser, the student waiters will perform songs from the musical. The dinner will feature all-you-can-eat spaghetti with a choice of meatless or meat sauce, as well as bread, fresh salad, hot and cold beverages, and home-baked desserts.
Tickets for the dinner may be purchased from any cast member or at the door. Proceeds will help cover the costs of producing the show, such as costumes, programs and set construction.
The musical will be held from Thursday, March 5, to Saturday, March 7. Show tickets may be prepurchased by calling 717-566-5393.
A sneak preview for senior citizens will be held on Wednesday, March 4, at 9 a.m. following a complimentary breakfast at 8 a.m. Senior citizens interested in reserving a place for the preview show and breakfast may call 717-566-5328.
The performance on Friday, March 6, will also feature a dinner before the show to benefit the Lower Dauphin Falcon Foundation. The dinner theater will feature a one-plate buffet meal with salad, sides and dessert. Tickets for the dinner theater must be purchased by Wednesday, Feb. 26, by calling 717-566-5393. The set cost covers dinner and the show.
