The Ten Thousand Villages Gift Shop will open on Saturdays and Sundays from Nov. 2 through Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Oxford Presbyterian Church, 6 Pine St., Oxford. In addition, the gift shop will be open on First Fridays, with hours from 5 to 8 p.m. on Nov. 1 and from 5 to 9 p.m. on Dec. 6.
All items available in the gift shop will be fair-trade products. Shoppers may purchase home decor, plant and garden items, personal accessories and gifts, as well as coffee, tea, chocolate and olive oil. The gift shop is sponsored by the church's Outreach Ministry and Social Justice and Peacemaking Committee. Only cash and checks will be accepted.
