William P. Spence Funeral & Cremation Services Inc. will present grief support groups and a service of remembrance this holiday season.
Holiday grief support group sessions will be facilitated by Belinda Graybill Hess on Tuesdays, Nov. 19 and 26, from 1 to 2 p.m. at Hempfield Church of the Brethren, 1186 Stevens St., Manheim. Interested attendees should preregister by Friday, Nov. 8.
A holiday service of remembrance, which will be an opportunity to remember loved ones, celebrate their lives, and experience hope, will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, at Hempfield Church of the Brethren. Gathering music will begin at 10:45 a.m., and the service of remembrance will start at 11 a.m. Holiday hors d'oeuvres will be served at 11:45 a.m. Those would would like to attend should register by Thursday, Nov. 21, and provide their deceased loved one's name and the number of people planning to attend.
