Mark Harlacker of Red Lion and Lisa Harlacker of Red Lion have announced the engagement of their daughter, Shanley Harlacker of Red Lion, to Ryan Schroeder of Hampstead, Md.
The bride-elect graduated from Red Lion Area Senior High School in 2012 and King's College in 2017. She is enrolled in the nursing program at Notre Dame of Maryland University and is employed by OSS in York.
Mr. Schroeder is the son of Kathleen Trainor-Schroeder of Hampstead, Md. He graduated from North Carroll High School in 2006, YTI in 2008 and UMBC in 2010. He is a design engineer for Stanley Black & Decker in Towson.
An April 2021 wedding is planned.
